a) Where we are providing travel related services we are only acting as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers and whenever you decide to use these services advertised on our website, your contract becomes between you and them.

b) All travel related bookings and purchases are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions and policies and we highly recommend that you read these as well before making any purchases.

c) Our role as a agent is strictly limited to assisting the bookings process or advertising the products on our websites and directing the users or visitors to the supplier’s website, arranging documentation, payments and providing information on how a customer can request refunds if any are allowed by the suppliers as in most cases it will be mentioned in the terms of sale by the suppliers.

d) CREDIT CARD: we may pass your credit card information and other relevant or essential booking related details to the third party suppliers who may charge your card directly for all or part of your booking payment.

e) We require your personal information in order make or facilitate the booking process.

a) If you provide your frequent flyer membership details anywhere on this site or any third party website as part of your travel booking it does not indicate or guarantee that the selected fare or booking will be eligible for frequent flyer points or that the airline will award you points for that flight, and hence we strongly recommend that a) you clarify this issue with the airline you booked the flight with and or b) you must present your frequent flyer card during the check-in process as in most cases this can be very useful and handy.

b) We do not take any guarantee that you will get a frequent flyer membership by booking through our suppliers. That’s why request you to refer the above point 3.1
